Talk Back We are dedicated to providing the best quality service at all of our facilities. You can download a Talk Back Form here to tell us what you think and help us to keep on improving, just pop your completed form in the post to your local Centre using the address details below, or post it into the collection boxes on-site when you next visit. You can also e-mail your comments to the Talk Back office at andrew_turner@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk. Each month, we analyse your feedback and add all of the relevant action points to our Service Improvement Strategy. You can access the latest summary of your comments and an analysis of your satisfaction ratings here. There are lots of other ways that you can help us to improve our facilities and services too, we run regular Service Development Groups or user forums at all of our sites, we operate a comprehensive Mystery Visit programme, there are four Exit Surveys each year where we gather your views on specific issues, and of course we’re always delighted to receive your verbal comments.
