Swimming sessions available include:
- Adult and Toddler – a family session in the learner pool aimed at adults and children under 5 (adult to child ratio 1:1)
- Adult Swim – a designated session for adults only
- Aquafit – pool based aerobics class for all abilities
- Clubs – local water based clubs including swimming, lifesaving and diving
- Fitness Swim – a structured session for swimmers looking to increase their fitness with the use of swimming aids and programme cards
- Family Swim – a chance for families to spend quality time in the teaching pool
- Inflatable Fun – fun session aimed at families and under 16's with either one of our challenging adventure pool inflatables or a mix of fun shaped floats
- Lane Swim – a structured session aimed at adults with designated swimming lanes at set speeds and direction of flow
- Ladies Only – strictly for ladies only aged 17 and over
- Party Hire – ideal for birthdays with one of our adventure a mix of fun shaped floats
- Specialist Sessions – these designated sessions include such as canoeing, aqua natal, Sure Start (parent and toddler) disabled only sessions
