These are co-ordinator led group sessions for 50+ year olds giving you the chance to get fit, have fun and make friends.
Activities can include badminton, squash, table tennis, gentle exercise classes, swimming and the gym (must do an induction first), followed by tea and coffee.
Occasional trips away and summer walks are also organised.
Second Youth is available at Eston Leisure Centre with similar sessions called Leisure Mornings available at Saltburn Leisure Centre and Loftus Leisure Centre.
