You can book your Kidzone Party either over the phone or in person. A 50% deposit secures your booking, and you'll need to pay the balance of the full party price at least seven days before your party. We accept all major credit cards as well as cash and cheque payments.
On the day of the Party, you'll have access to the catering area immediately before your activity starts. We'll show your guests to your Party area or changing rooms as they arrive and all of our staff are fully CRB checked for your peace of mind. We have great new vending areas at all of our sites too, so you can get a hot or cold drink and a snack while you keep an eye on all the fun.
We're always looking to improve the services we offer at Tees Valley Leisure and to help us to achieve this, we'll give you a quick call after your Party just to make sure everything went swimmingly!
To ensure the safety and security of all our customers, we operate a strict Photographic Policy. When you book a party with us you will be asked to complete a permission slip to enable you to photograph your party only.
