The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect pose. Tai Chi
A moving form of meditation and yoga combined which consists of a sequence of movements. Movements derive from martial arts performed in Tai Chi slowly, softly and gracefully with smooth even transitions between them.

30 / 30 Freestyle
The class content is down to those taking part it consists of a combination of 30 minute back to back exercise regimes which can be progressed over the weeks. Or it can even include one off taster sessions.
Stretch & Tone
This class encompasses gentle exercise similar to yoga concentrating on stretching and toning the body.
