

High Energy classes consist of the following:
Aerobics
The class is designed to be flexible enough to suit most ages and abilities. You don’t need to be fit already and don’t worry if you are not particularly Co-ordinated!
Spinning
Spinning involves indoor cycling, Instructors guide participants through workout
phases - Warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc.
You control resistance on your bike to make the peddling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.
Legs Bums & Tums (LBT)
An easy to follow class consisting of full body warm up, followed by leg and tummy exercises to concentrate on those all-important areas.
Body Works
A total body workout combining strength and aerobic exercises, giving an all over workout.
Abs Workout
15 minutes of abdominal exercise.
20-20-20
This class is designed to improve your cardio vascular performance and posture, as well as toning the muscles of the legs, thighs and bum. The upper body-conditioning element improves upper body strength and tones the muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest and ‘abs’. The workout utilises lots of power, improving muscle strength and stamina and finishes with a 5 minute relaxing stretch. This class is fun and effective and will leave you feeling energised.
Muscle Pump
15 minutes of resistance and strengthening exercises.
