Our Energy Club Fitness Suites are kitted out with cardiovascular equipment (treadmills, rowing machines, cross trainers etc.) and weight machines providing you with the very best opportunity to reach your health and fitness goals, assisted all the way by our friendly and professional staff. To ensure a safe experience, it is a pre-requisite for users to have an induction by one of our qualified fitness instructors.

Membership

We offer a fully inclusive membership package for Adults and Juniors providing unlimited use of a wide range of activities and benefits across all of our sport and leisure facilities in Redcar and Cleveland. If undecided you can always just pay and play.
