Government announces free swimming comes to an end
In June the Government announced that free swimming funding for
under 16’s and
over 60’s comes to an end on 31st July 2010.
Over 60’s
As of 1st August 2010 if you are 60 years or over you will be required
to pay the current rate for swimming.
Under 19’s
We are pleased to confirm that Redcar & Cleveland PCT will fund free
swimming for under 19’s up until 5th September 2010. As of 6th September
under 19’s will be required to pay the current rate for swimming.
