Eston Sports Academy
The baths were built and opened in the 1960's with the opening ceremony being held on 31st October 1960.
On September 10th 1969 Eston Sports Centre had its opening Ceremony.
In 1998 major building work started to revamp the Leisure facilities, along with a huge extension to the old then separate sports centre and now joins to the baths to create a first class sport facility. The new facility opened its November 1999 with the opening ceremony held on 16th May 2000.
The Kidzone Holiday Activity programme runs throughout the Redcar and Cleveland School holidays providing full day care for children 8 – 12 years of age on a daily or weekly basis.
We provide an array of sport, leisure, art and craft activities and some external visits to our other centres and local attractions. Kids are kept highly entertained by our Kidzone leaders for the full day.
